    Thus, they make rather good night lights for kids. There are many night light variants and mini models that are entirely safe for children.     This is a great idea! I totally agree about experiences and long-lasting gifts. We started a library fund for our niece when she was born, and it's been so rewarding to see her build her collection. It's funny, as kids grow, you realize how fleeting their interests can be. I remember my little brother, for a very brief period, being completely obsessed with learning Spanish after stumbling across it on Omegle one time. That faded quickly, but the Spanish books we got him? Still on the shelf. I think fostering a love for reading is one of the best investments you can make.
