So I went to go see Monte Carlo at the dollar theater. I fell in love with a dress that Leighton Meester rocked the second half of the movie. So.. I went on a hunt to find one similar. I do this a lot. I see something I love and I find something that looks similar. Well I really wanted a similar dress. So here is some pictures of her in the dress if you didn't get a chance to see the movie. P.s. She uses the dress as a swimming suit cover up, but I'm totally wearing it as an actual outfit dress. Love it lots.
So here it is. Super cute right? I love that it has longer sleeves and the length is great also. And here is my copycat find... not exactly the same but similar style.

Projects like these are my favorite. Whenever I see something so cute I have to take a picture of it and find it. Its almost like when I was little and loved going on treasure hunts. This to me was an adult treasure hunt!! This dress only cost me $6. I'm sure the one she was wearing was a little more than that. I win!! yay!
xo.
love it! and only $6??!

Hey, I love how you’re all about recreating those stylish looks with your own twist! It’s super inspiring to see how you mix and match to make it your own. I was actually doing something similar with my kids’ activities recently, trying to recreate some fun outdoor games at a local park with cool wooden play structures and picnic tables. It’s been a lifesaver for keeping them busy! After they’re done playing, they love chilling with an older version of Hill Climb Racing on my tablet (you can hill climb racing exe file if you’re into it). It’s a nice little break for them, and I get a moment to relax too. Thanks for the fashion inspo—definitely eyeing that skirt combo for my next outing!
