I am soooo excited about today's outfit! When I got this vest cardigan and booties from a new boutique called Paige Avenue, I was SO excited. You all know how much I love my fringe. These booties are to die for and I LOVE vests. They are so easy to throw over any dress, tunic, or shirt!
