I recently saw a LOVE skirt at a boutique and fell in love with it. Being the cheap-o that I am I convinced myself to not get it. I ran into Ross to do a quick browse the other day and I found this gem laying on a random rack. It was definitely meant to be. AND for only $8.99. Yeah... definitely happy about that.
