Blazer/Dress: Styles For Less, Tights: Kohls, Shoes: Cotton On, Clutch: Closet Revival

It's true when they [not sure who they is] say that everyone needs to own a little black dress. I found this lovely black dress at Styles For Less. For New Years I wanted something slimming. I will most likely be shoving my face with yummy foods in celebration of the new year so... slimming is a must. Not only is black slimming but it's a flattering color. It goes with anything. You can pair it with colored tights, heels or even a colored jacket. Black will never go out of style. Mark my words. 

I paired my black dress with a black lace cropped blazer. I love the black on black look and always will. A chose some fun red wedges and red lipstick to add a pop to my outfit. If you haven't, its not too late to run into your nearest Styles For Less and pick up something fun to ring in the New Year. Be safe and I will see you next year! :)
