How is it almost February? The time is flying and baby girl is growing like a weed!! So much has changed in the last month including me being paranoid about everything. Before we had the baby I was having extreme fears of anything and everything bad that could possibly happen to Charly like i'm sure most new moms experience. SIDS and choking/suffocating were my number one concerns. In search for a solution that would ease our minds, we found the Owlet! Once baby was here this saved us!!! We kept her in her crib starting at week 2 and had no fears. Our alarm went off one night due to low oxygen and we rushed into her room to find her laying funny which must have cut off some of her oxygen. Who knows what could have happened if we weren't able to adjust her. It could have been totally fine, but it could have cut off her supply completely. You can't put a price on your child's life. This is hands down the best investment for parents!
If you haven't heard of the Owlet, it is a sock that goes on the baby's foot and alerts you if he/she stops breathing. The baby's heart rate and oxygen levels are monitored and can be viewed on your phone via the Owlet app. I am so grateful for this device and that it was available for my little one.
