skinny love part 2

Shirt: H&M, Scarf: Forever 21, Pants: Cotton On, Shoes: Rue21 Purse: Ross

Referring back to my five suggestions, I chose to do neutrals with a hint of print in this outfit. I chose to keep it very casual and simple. Sometimes simple is needed.

For all you tall girls out there, these skinny jeans at Cotton On ARE LONG ENOUGH. As you can see..
So great right? I have bought four colors there so far. Go Cotton On. I love that they know there are tall girls out there that want to enjoy colored skinnies too.

It's been a long week. A lot has happened. A lot of bummer moments and a lot of great moments. I wish I could share all of it with you, but It's a lot of deep stuff so I will keep it short and sweet.

1. Life is precious. When you see things happen you realize that life is short and could be gone in moments. Makes me realize just how much more I need to live every day to it's fullest and to surround yourself with great people and yada yada yada. But seriously.

2. Dating is still.... dating. I am learning that a lot of people out there aren't willing to work at relationships. My patience is ever growing but as a lot of you know, it takes two people fully committed to make something work. I seem to find the ones who aren't willing to work through the ups and downs. Anywho... you lovely married ladies out there need to let me in on your secrets. Where did you find your amazing guys?

3. Last, the Olympics were great. It was enjoyable watching all those talented people compete against each other. USA all the way :). I love hearing the hard work and stories of these athletes. They are all amazing and such great examples to all of us of what hard work can do.

4. Good friends are the best. I have preached about this before but I really don't know what I would do without mine to distract me sometimes. Love them all.

You guys rock. Happy Monday!

XO.

  1. I'm not married yet, but I think 3 years of a relationship is long enough to attest to having found a great guy. And I found mine standin in line at in n out. And I don't know where I would be if I didn't have a craving for in n out and gone by myself.

    P.s. I miss you!

  2. P.p.s. that guy survived but will need a lot of work. Needless to say though, life is still precious.

  3. Is Cotton On that Austrailian shop? I need long pants, I'm not as tall as you but I have long legs and I have to roll all my pants up to like capris because pants are never long enough on me.
